Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at milkywayhawaii@yahoo.co.jp within 3 days of receiving your package. Each situation will be individually evaluated and discussed with the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

商品到着後、商品破損・不良品・ご注文の商品でない物が届いた・または商品数が違っていた。。。等の場合は3日以内にお知らせ下さい。内容に応じて対応させて頂きます。
